June 9, A certain parcel of land containing fifty acres more or less on the sand banks. Begining at the sea side thence runing up a westerly course along the south side of the old field to a ceder post standing by the creek side the said field commonly known by the place where on Will lived then southerly along the said creek to the great beach that formerly belonged to Relph LOVETHON and across the said beach an easterly course to the sea side then along the sea side to the first station. A percel of land lying on the northwest part of Currituck containing one hundred acres more or less begining at a beach a corner tree and binding on the head swamp to a maple in the fork a corner tree then binding on the hawtree branch to a chesnutt oak a corner tree northeast to a hickory a corner tree and thence south east to the first station being part of a tract of land granted by patent to Thos.
